MAKING KEBAB





TUNA CAKE

This cake recipe tuna is very, very easy, cheap and really delicious. One way to prepare a different dish for a family dinner.

Ingredients (for about 4 people):

  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 4 slices of bread crumbs
  • 6 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons tomato sauce (homemade or canned)
  • 6 cans of tuna in oil
  • salt to taste
  • butter and bread crumbs in a quantity necessary

Preparation:

Let's put all ingredients except butter and bread crumbs in blender. processed for a few minutes until everything is chopped and combined. Surely be enough liquid so do not worry.

Grease a baking dish and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Put the mixture into the pan and bring to a preheated oven at 180 degrees for half an hour.

Ingredients:

For meat

  • 1 kilo of lamb chops
  • 250 grams of onion
  • 250 grams of tomatoes
  • 125 grams of green pepper

For the marinade

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 250 ml olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 30 milliliters of tomato sauce
  • 15 ml mustard
  • 2 grams of pepper
  • 2 grams of paprika

To accompany the meat

  • Pan
  • Onion
  • Tomato
  • Salsa

For the sauce

  • Yogurt
  • Mustard
  • Ketchup

Preparation:

Mix crushed garlic with previously olive oil , lemon juice, vinegar, salt, ketchup, mustard, pepper and paprika. Mix well in a blender to mix. Then cut the meat into irregular pieces and included in the pre-prepared marinade. Allow to marinate for two hours in the refrigerator.
